Toyota Municipal Museum of Art

The Toyota Municipal Museum of Art is a public art museum in the city of Toyota, in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. It opened in 1995 in a building designed by the architect Yoshio Taniguchi, set within landscaped grounds on the site of a former castle.
Its collection focuses on modern and contemporary art, including Japanese and Western painting, prints, sculpture and design, and the museum presents a regular program of temporary exhibitions alongside displays from its permanent holdings.
