Pinacothèque de Paris

Paris, France

The Pinacothèque de Paris was a private art museum in Paris, France, that operated from 2007 until 2016. Founded by the art historian Marc Restellini, it occupied premises near the Place de la Madeleine and was devoted chiefly to temporary exhibitions rather than to a permanent collection.

Over its run it staged wide-ranging shows spanning Old Master and modern painting and the arts of many cultures. Facing financial difficulties, the museum closed and entered liquidation in 2016.
