The Frick Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, United States

The Frick Pittsburgh is a museum complex in the Point Breeze neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, set on the former estate of the industrialist Henry Clay Frick. The grounds center on Clayton, the Frick family's restored Victorian mansion, alongside an art museum and other buildings administered together as a single institution.

The Frick Art Museum displays European paintings, sculpture and decorative arts collected by Frick's daughter Helen Clay Frick, with strengths in early Italian, Flemish and French works. The site also includes a car and carriage museum, a greenhouse and historic landscaped grounds open to the public.
