Kunsthistorische Ausstellung Düsseldorf 1904

The Kunsthistorische Ausstellung Düsseldorf 1904 was a temporary art-historical exhibition held in Düsseldorf, Germany, in 1904. Such large survey exhibitions, common in German cities around the turn of the twentieth century, gathered together loans of historical paintings and decorative arts from museums and private collections for public display.

Rather than a permanent institution, it was an exhibition venue through which works passed temporarily, and it is recorded as a station in the exhibition history of a number of Old Master paintings.
