The Baltimore Museum of Art is an art museum in Baltimore, United States, founded in 1914. Its neoclassical building was designed in the 1920s by the American architect John Russell Pope.
The collection numbers some 95,000 objects spanning African art, American painting and decorative arts, ancient Antioch mosaics and Asian and European works. Its centrepiece is the Cone Collection, which includes more than 500 works by Henri Matisse alongside paintings by Picasso, Cézanne and Van Gogh.
